ADQ believes in a “Speak Up” culture – that is reporting any Code violation concerns and raising questions about what the Code applies to in practice.
ADQ maintains a secure, confidential, and independent Speak Up channel provided by a third party on behalf of ADQ.
All employees, partners and third parties can use this 24/7 service to raise concerns about ethical conduct involving any actual or suspected breaches or violations of the ADQ Code of Business Conduct. Reports may be made on either an anonymous or named basis, however, in order to assist in the investigation, those reporting potential violations are encouraged to identify themselves to ensure their protection.
